The Postcode is CO15 1LE The theatre is located opposite Clacton Hospital and just a few minutes walk from the town centre and seafront.

The theatre has a small public car park located to the side of the venue which is pay and display for the general public. If you are here seeing a show, you do NOT need to purchase a ticket. There is plenty of on street parking near the theatre after 6pm, and space along the seafront during the day.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable or exchangable unless the performance is cancelled. Tickets can be swapped to another performance of the same show (The Summer Show as an example). Under some exceptional circumstances and with at least 48 hours notice, we may be able to exchange or credit your theatre account, but we will not be able to return the booking fee. Any exchange or credit is at the manager’s discretion.

The main doors to the theatre open one hour before the shows starts. The doors to the auditorium normally open 30 minutes before the performance starts.
