The West Cliff is mainly staffed by volunteers who have a passion for theatre. From Front of House, to Technical, Maintainance, the Trust and also working at our Charity shop, we can never underestimate the role our volutary staff play in the success of the theatre.

If you have time to spare and a passion for delivering first class customer service, why not join our Front Of House Team. For every performance they, check tickets, show people to their seats, sell Ice Creams or work in the Kiosk and always with a smile and a warm welcome. We also need people who will manage the FOH team or Duty Manage the show.
We also need people who can help with other rolls, from working back stage, to keeping the venue ticking over. Or perhaps you have time to distribute leaflets or brochure to other area’s in Tendring. Anything you can do to help raise the profile of the theatre is always welcome.
