10am – 3.30pm from Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays)
(closed lunchtime 12.30pm – 1.30pm)
We are also open from 1 hour before any performance.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Cheques to be made payable to West Cliff (Tendring) Trust. Reservations should be paid for within five working days.
BOOKING FEE
All tickets include a booking fee which is an essentual direct income for the theatre. Every penny of that fee helps us protect and improve the venue and ensure its continued longevity.
CONCESSIONARY TICKETS
Concessionary tickets are available for patrons (over 60) and children (under 16) on some shows.
We are unable to offer free companion (carer) seats for any of our shows.
POSTAGE
We can post your tickets for £1.50 postage & handling charge.
REFUNDS
Please check your tickets carefully when booking. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable or exchangable unless the performance is cancelled. Under some exceptional circumstances and with at least 48 hours notice, we may be able to exchange or credit your theatre account, but we will not be able to return the booking fee. Any exchange or credit is at the manager’s discretion.
OTHER INFORMATION
PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING DEVICES
The use of flash photography, mobile and recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the auditorium. Please switch off your mobile phone during performances.
ARRIVING LATE
Latecomers will be seated at a suitable point in the performance which will be designated by the visiting production company.
ADDITIONAL SECURITY
Bag searches may be in place at certain performances. These are for your safety and are a condition of entry.
DANCING & STANDING DURING A SHOW
Please be mindful of others, so that everyone can enjoy the performance. So as not to impact the view of those who wish to remain seated, we would ask that all standing or dancing be limited to the side isles. Please following the guidance from our team during the show, and remember we want everyone to be able to enjoy their visit.
SPECIAL EFFECTS
Some shows may contain strobe lighting or smoke effects. Please ask the Duty Manager in the foyer for more information.
OUR YOUNGER GUESTS
Children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult. For certain shows, babes in arms under the age of 18 months are welcome free of charge and may share a seat with you. For some performances, we regret children under 18 months are not admitted to the auditorium. Baby changing facilities are available in the accessible toilet. Prams and buggies are not permitted inside the auditorium for safety reasons.
SMOKING & VAPING
We operate a No Smoking Policy throughout our building. This Policy includes the smoking of Electronic Cigarettes and Vaping
