In his first ever solo UK dates, Jay and his live band will take audiences on an unforgettable journey through the history and hits of The Osmond’s, one of the most successful groups of all time.
Fans of the brothers will remember Jay as the group’s drummer who sang lead vocals on one of their most requested songs, Crazy Horses. He also fronted other tracks, usually the harder-hitting numbers, including One Way Ticket to Anywhere and Having A Party. The Osmond’s Musical, which Jay wrote, was a sell-out sensation across the UK and this show is sure to appeal to the same audience.

In 1956, a 17 year old Louisiana musician walked through the doors of Sun Records in Memphis, Tennessee and went on to become one of the greatest pioneers of rock and roll and rockabilly music. Jerry Lee Lewis has been described as the first great wild man of rock and roll and one of the most influential pianists of the twentieth century.
Following his smash hit performances with his boogie woogie pumping piano style and his uncannily accurate portrayal as Jerry Lee Lewis in Sun Records The Concert, Lewis Jordan Brown is continuing to wow audiences in the touring production of ‘Breathless!’ – The Jerry Lee Lewis Songbook.

Serial Killer Next Door

Join one of the UK’s most notable Psychological Therapists and Crime commentators Emma Kenny as she discusses what creates a serial killer.
Emma will take you on a journey looking at what ingredients of possibility lead to body counts by killers like Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, Jeffrey Dahmer, and John Paul Knowles. What creates a serial killer, and could anything have prevented their potential being activated, or were they simply born to kill?
Emma specialises in victimology, but she is mostly known in the media for presenting crime shows including Britain’s Darkest Taboos, Lady Killers, and The Killer in My Family. Hi everyone firstly and most importantly, I’m delighted and very relieved to say Phil our sound engineer is recovering well, to say he doesn’t remember a lot about Saturday night is an understatement !!!!!
Thank you so much for all the get well wishes generally, Phil really appreciates them and has asked me to let you know on his behalf.
Roy, my crew and I would also like to thank everyone personally who attended the show Saturday night at the West Cliff Clacton for their understanding on the night when I had to make the announcement to stop the show and also the theatre manager Rob, Duty Manager Ralph, all the FOH staff and stage/tech management Keith & Dee and all the backstage staff for the sympathetic and professional way they dealt with the ….I’m sure for all of us ….. unprecedented situation mid show, hopefully one we won’t ever encounter again!
Tickets from last Saturdays mid show cancellation will be valid for the rescheduled show on Thursday 17th October, for those who were there Saturday night Roy will change his material round as much as possible in the next 3 months for the rescheduled show, sure there will be some new stuff in the first 40 minutes for you !!! and of course there’s still 40 mins of the show you haven’t seen yet and an ending (trust me) not to be missed, so hopefully you all come back and also hope to see some of you Clacton fans may who not have been able to make last Saturdays show, so hopefully the new date works for you.
Obviously we understand this date may not work for everyone so as promised for those who can’t make the rescheduled date you can obviously obtain a refund from the theatre.

Prime Minister Chamberlain has seen all his efforts to negotiate peace with Hitler shattered, whilst Churchill has been recalled to the cabinet, his dire warnings of the Nazi threat vindicated.
History tells us this was the only time the four ever met alone together socially, and there is no official record as to what transpired during that unique evening…

West Cliff Creative-Halloween Workshop 2024
MONDAY 28th – WEDNESDAY 30th OCTOBER 10am – 4pm
The workshops are aimed at anyone aged 6 – 12, no matter their ability and will include – Dancing, Singing, Acting, Crafts, plus plenty of games and some prizes!
There will also be a small presentation at the end of the 3rd day for parents/carers.
We have limited spaces, so early booking is advisable.
Participants can be dropped off at the theatre from 9.45am each day but must be picked up promptly at 4pm. They should bring with them a packed lunch, snacks and drinking bottle and wear comfortable clothing. The Box Office will need to take details of any allergies or specific needs. The age range is strictly 6-12 years.
